What can you say about Kelly Rowland? She is someone that you want to root for but she always falls a little short of expectation. We all know that being 1/3 of "Beyonce & them" was her claim to fame but there is so much promise within her that it almost makes you mad. Rap-up.com is reporting...
Kelly Rowland won’t be played for a fool. The Destiny’s Child diva kicks her man to the curb on “Number One,” her collaboration with Mike WiLL Made-It, one of the exclusive cuts off the “Bandz” producer’s new mixtape Est. in 1989 Pt. 2.5.
Kelly, whose new album Year of the Woman is due in 2013, coos about being her man’s one and only.
“If I’m not the one, then I guess you can call number two/ I guess I won’t be lovin’ you,” sings Kelly.

I hope she delivers on this new album becuase most artists don't get as many chances as she's had. "Simply Deep", "Miss Kelly", "Here I Am". All of these albums were good in there own right but for whatever reason she was not able to capitalize on some of the strong matieral on each album. Either she took to long to make a video or she had great appeal with her first single but didn't follow up with an equally hot second single. She's forever going to be in Beyonce's shadow but it's that promise that we have seen from the beginning that keeps us rooting for her. I don't think she can afford to have another lackluster album campaign. Click below to take a listen to her new song
